Natalie Mendez
Natalie is a bilingual Colorado native who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Grand Canyon University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Natalie is board certified and trained in a vast array of areas including child and adolescent psychology, CBT-I, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, DBT, and integrative mental health care.
Natalie has extensive experience in working with a wide variety of mental health conditions in both group and individual settings. She is gifted with an innate ability to establish rapport, build trust, interact with and relate to individuals through the utilization of a compassionate, eclectic, multimodality psychotherapeutic approach.
Natalie warmly welcomes those who are 12 years and older facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep issues, behavioral issues, ADHD, mood disorders, eating disorders and self-esteem/identity issues. Natalie desires to encourage you, whether you share the same spiritual beliefs or not, to come as you are so she can partner with you in reaching your goals to improve your mental health.
